If I try to order from the website on the computer – it works fine. If I order from an iPad – the FEDEX shipping option does not come up at all! It is also not possible to add quantity on an iPad (if you click in the qty field and change the number in there – it does NOTHING after that when you click the “Add to cart” button. Any suggestions?

I was able to place the order on a Windows smart phone – it came through with FEDEX but the quantity DID not work on the first screen (it would not let me continue after I changed the quantity). I was able to change the quantity on one of the subsequent screens – I changed it to 12 but it showed up as 3 on the order itself….isn’t this really strange?
You always reply this way and then you send me an Email saying you will fix it for $ XY…But this has nothing to do with my website – this is an actual issue with your theme! I took care NOT to install anything that could even possibly interfere with your theme – so all I have is a fresh install of Magento 1.9.1 and your free Theme. Just take an iPad and go to any website that has your theme installed and you will see what I’m talking about…
Please do not understand it that way.
We try to deliver you best things, if possible free, we just charge you when things need technical expertise for fixing up things that seems to be an additional requirement.
If those are just issue of theme then we’ll surely not ask you to pay $$ because that is our lacking so we’ll surely help you out and also that would be an additional point for our next update of theme.
So do provide it we’ll get back to you with what is possible.
