    I can see on my slidermanager.phtml that i have only animate-in in the li’s.

    <ul class="sequence-canvas">
                        <?php
                        foreach($data as $row)
                        {
                        ?>
                    			<li class="animate-in" style="background-repeat: no-repeat; background-image: url(<?php echo Mage::getBaseUrl(Mage_Core_Model_Store::URL_TYPE_MEDIA).'slidermanager/'.$row->getFilename();?>);"><!--$row->getBackgroundImage()-->
                    				<a style="display: inline-block; width: 100%; height: 100%;" href="<?php echo $row->getLink();?>"><div class="<?php echo ($version[1]<9)?"slider-wrapper-old":"slider-wrapper";?> slider-wrapper-div">
                                        <h2 class="title"><?php //echo $row->getTitle();?></h2>
                        				<h3 class="subtitle"><?php// echo $row->getContent();?></h3>
                                        <?php
                                           // if($row->getLinkButton()=='1')
                                           // {
                                        ?>
                                               <!-- <a class="link" href="<?php // echo $row->getLink();?>" target="<?php // echo $row->getTarget();?>">
                                                    <?php // echo ucwords($row->getButtonTitle());if($row->getButtonTitle()==''){echo 'Button';}?>
                                                </a> -->
                                        <?php
                                           // }
                                        ?>
                    				    <!--<img class="model" src="<?php // echo Mage::getBaseUrl(Mage_Core_Model_Store::URL_TYPE_MEDIA).'slidermanager/'.$row->getFilename(); ?>" alt="<?php //echo $row->getTitle();?>" />-->
                                    </div></a>
                    			</li>
                        <?php
                        }
                        ?>
                        </ul>

    Any suggestions?

    #4980

    No that should work fine.
    Check if the css is loaded and clear your cache?
    THanks!

    I already did that’s why i asked.

    #4983

    Everything seems to be ok.
    It might be because of the title and subtitle fields being empty.
    Try adding content in it.
    Or send me your details in email at support@accessshopthemes.com
    Thanks!

    After a long time of searching i am able to anyone that is interested still in this issue to report the following:

    • For some reason if you try to echo a link for the image or make an a href. the auto play brakes down.
    • The code provided by the support itself it does not work if you do not do some work around
    • If you encounter the issue of the slider auto playing only if clicking the next button, we solved it by creating a custom jquery class that clicks the button on load to start the autoplay.

    Hi,
    I applied the code above but it only seems to be working in Firefox. I cleared all history Chrome and the slider is not auto-playing. Any other suggestions?

    Thank you
